It is led by the inexperienced, idealistic sous-lieutenant Torrens, and by adjutant Willsdorf, a WWII veteran of the Werhmacht.
The 317 team was a war film. In 1954, in the last days of the French army in Southeast Asia, a small team consisting of 41 Laos and 4 French retreated from the front line and experienced multiple attacks such as ambush, disease, fatigue, etc.There are fewer and fewer members.When the remaining soldiers finally returned to the camp, the camp had been occupied by the enemy, and the members of the team were all killed.The filming of the film in the Cambodia jungle realizes the extreme cruelty of war.
