剧情梗概：妹妹是一部剧情,爱情片，班长是一名中学生，一天早晨，他买早点时偶遇了一个流浪的小女孩，送了一个包子给她。从那以后他走到哪里，小女孩就跟到哪里，同学们都嘲笑她是班长的“小妹妹”。大家都叫小女孩“小苏北”，和奶奶相依为命。哥哥，哥哥，一次次的深情呼唤，从陌生到熟悉，女孩一次次的靠近打乱了班长的生活，同学们的嘲笑，小妹妹的纠缠彻底地激怒了他。但当得知小妹妹在找东西吃时被流浪狗咬伤了，班长却带着她去卫生院就医看病，给她买吃的。后来，小女孩闯进教室找他，哭着说奶奶死了。他和杜老师一起去小女孩住的草棚里，处理了她奶奶的后事。 几天过后，当他向同学们提起小女孩的事时，同学们都一脸茫然，一概不知，仿佛小妹妹从未出现过……
