Warden Pike (Charles Napier) and his pet goons are involved in all kinds of corrupt activities; dope dealing and gun smuggling to name a few.
Blood splashing eight steps are an action film. Nick is a police officer of alcohol, tobacco and firearms. He always likes to handle the case alone. Nick's helicopter fell from the sky, and the killed arms dealers ran away. After some fighters, the arms dealers fled, and Nick pursued it. Killing it, unexpectedly, while Nick fired, he had pulled out the grenade and the girl was killed on the spot. Nick wanted to cry without tears. Soon, Nick was killed in an undercover colleague in prison. Nick came to the hospital when he learned that the news came to the hospital. After seeing the corpse, he felt strange. In order to find out the real murderer, Nick decided to mix the prison in the name of the criminal.
