剧情梗概：
曾传绯闻的曾恺玹与吴慷仁，最近首度在电影「第三个愿望」里饰演离婚夫妻。从「当爱来的时候」到「河豚」，吴慷仁几乎每部片都有裸戏，但在「第三个愿望」他却没有激情戏，最大的挑战是扮演渐冻人。为演好渐冻人，177公分的吴慷仁努力减重，瘦到只剩65公斤，但他希望能减到60公斤。曾恺玹与吴慷仁在「第三个愿望」里升格当父母，曾恺玹还是个为了追求事业抛夫弃子的女强人。曾恺玹说，她光是看到剧本就感动掉泪，不惜在片中超龄演出当妈妈。不过现实生活里，觉得自己的年龄当妈妈还太早。在黄铭正执导的「第三个愿望」里吴慷仁戏分吃重，是个健康出问题的渐冻人、也是坚持有机栽培的果农。演出前吴慷仁不但得研究渐冻人的相关讯息，还曾上梨山实地了解有机栽培果树的辛苦。除了曾恺玹与吴慷仁，「第三个愿望」还请到久未演出电影的卓胜利与最近频频演出国片的纳豆在片中扮父子，两人将一起耍宝。两度经历抗癌的卓胜利表示，去年10月他又因肿瘤动刀，瘦了15公斤，现在不但味觉改变，还得少量多餐。自嘲曾在梦里被阎罗王「退货」的卓胜利，逢人就劝要珍惜健康，能和新生代演员演出，他也很开心。剧情版本二：绿野平畴的农村，有一对相依为命的父子──荣光和晓峰。荣光接收家传的田地，全部以有机方式耕作，但几年下来，果园果树不开花，收成不遂，造成父子两人生活的困境。虽然如此，父子两人却没有减损彼此的关爱和对生命的热情，荣光在晓峰出生后不久，即与妻子宜莹离婚。宜莹与新的丈夫中浩是住在台北的顶客族，中浩一直想要有小孩不果，这才知道宜莹曾和荣光有个儿子，生了晓峰之后，旋因产后忧郁症而离婚；但晓峰却也可能是宜莹和中浩一夜情之下的儿子。中浩力促宜莹去说服荣光同意让晓峰验DNA。而荣光和晓峰平静的生活也遭到破坏；荣光极力保护儿，一天，荣光终于不支倒下来，送医检验才得知他可能得的是俗称渐冻人的脊髓畴性肌肉萎缩斜，而这种症状可能遗传给下一代。荣光拿出晓峰送给他的三张生日愿望券，说出他的愿望，第三个愿望他保留在心里，那就是：他希望晓峰不是他的儿子一场DNA的检验，透视人伦亲情的可贵，也考验人的私心，但最终都将化为绵绵不绝的大爱。
