剧情梗概：
电视台导演洛俊（曾国祥饰）热衷于拍摄灵异节目，但是节目收视率太低，面临被砍的命运，而他和女友、好哥们欧阳维邦（尹子维饰）的关系也进入冰河时期。借酒浇愁的洛俊在深夜驾车狂飙，结果在寂静无人的树林出了车祸。就在此时，他听到呼救声，继而看到一名孕妇坐在树旁。他帮助孕妇抱起刚出生不久的婴儿，接着却发现孕妇早已被人割断喉咙没了呼吸。报警后逃离现场的洛俊，自此后却被孕妇女鬼傅颖思（唐宁饰）跟上。女鬼感谢他的帮助，希望洛俊能够抚养嗷嗷待哺的孩子，并承诺报答他的恩情。在此之后，洛俊利用女鬼做出极为逼真的灵异节目生死一线，一切都发生了变化剧情版本二：电视台灵异节目导演洛俊，一天开车时真的撞见了女鬼天思，并在天思的带领下，洛俊发现在森林里的一棵大榕树上，竟挂著大腹便便的尸体，还有婴儿的哭喊声传入洛俊的耳中，原来天思有人帮忙接生，胆大的洛俊便赤手把男婴接生出来...事后，天思将洛俊视为恩人，并承诺一定会报答他，於是洛俊打算打造一个新节目「生死一线」，专找自杀不遂的人参加，并在摄影机前表演各种自杀方式，但其实每次都是参加者喝了安眠药后，天思再化身参加者的样子出现，这剂猛药让收视率破纪录！而参加者的奖金也越来越高，甚至连洛俊的前老板欧阳也跑来参加。而这件死尸产子一案，同时也引起重案组探员李Sir的好奇，李Sir也把握到证据拘捕洛俊，洛俊百词莫辩，唯有突围而走。一夜间他变为逃犯，好心帮助天思的他竟变为杀害天思的疑凶。洛俊相信只有欧阳能替自己洗脱嫌疑！但此时他正踏上洛俊所设计的密室烧炭表演，洛俊定要阻止节目的进行。但是他动作必须要快，因为在密室内的欧阳距离死亡时间只剩下1小时...
