《朝我心脏开枪》是由著名导演文载勇导演的于2015年韩国地区上映的一部剧情类型的剧情片,由吕珍九李民基刘五性金正泰金基天主演,该片主要讲述了改编自郑裕静（郑友珍）作家的小说《朝我的心脏开枪》《朝我的心脏开枪》是献上幽默与感动的故事！讲述一个被家人强制送往精神病院，一个因妈妈去世而得精神分裂症，这两名青年企图飞越疯人院的“奋斗历程”！关于电影《朝我的心脏开枪》于日前确定上映等级为“15岁以下不得观看”。韩国影像等级委员会表示影片包含了一部分暴力合理化的场面未经美化，从药物、台词、模仿危险等角度来看，是15岁以上可以观看的影片，不过也有一部分场面可能是对青少年有不好的影响，希望家长在观影之前慎重考虑。值得一提的是，主演演员吕珍九生于1997年，此前他主演的《华颐：吞噬怪物的孩子》以及客串出演的《老千2：神之手》等都定级为19禁影片，自己都无法进影院观看，而这次的新片《朝我的心脏开枪》终于也能让他堂堂正正走进影院观看自己主演的影片。吕珍九为该片首次以长发造型示人，他也表示自己是第一次有这么长的头发，而且留不到这么长，还不得不动用了假发做造型。本片讲述两名青年男子企图飞越疯人院的奋斗历程;。 男主角李秀明（吕珍九Jin-guYeo饰）因对母亲的自杀怀有内疚心理而患上精神分裂症，后被亲生父亲送入精神病院，多次转院，屡次申请出院，均被以各种原因拒绝。面对从不探望的父亲，面对医院冰冷的管理，面临同院好友圣民（李民基Min-giLee饰）自由;的诱惑，秀明最终能否走出病院？ 本片根据郑柚井（音译）同名原作改编，原作曾获得2009年第5届韩国世界文学奖。
