剧情梗概：设计师是一部爱情,悬疑,惊悚片，知名高跟鞋设计师韩若枫因身体问题失去了工作，得到老同学秦峥的帮助来到秦峥公司任职，幷住进了一栋老宅中，二人探寻老宅的时候发现楼上阁楼里面很多鞋盒子与脏旧的高跟鞋。期间因崇拜韩若枫而自告奋勇来做助理的丽丽发现韩若枫的妻子纪婉与自己的老板秦峥有来往，关系诡异。当韩若枫设计的高跟鞋销量走俏后，秦峥并没有想象中的开心，反倒越加阴狠。 同时在老宅中创作的韩若枫经常发生幻觉，时常看到一个干枯的女人的身影，妻子纪婉看到这个情况便加大了丈夫的药量，结果他的病情更加严重，后来他竟然发现了妻子的另一个秘密，从而激发了他更多灵感，老宅中当年到底发生了什么，纪婉跟秦峥之间究竟有什么不可告人的秘密，所有谜团将一一揭晓。
