剧情梗概：
在韩国一则古老神话传说中，人类是被称为伊莫吉（Imoogi）的巨蟒种族守护着。每五百年轮回，上界的神就会从伊莫吉中挑选出一位贡献最大的神蟒并奖励给他一枚龙珠（Yeouijoo）；拥有了龙珠神蟒就可能变身为真正的龙，拥有造福地球和到达天堂的神力。伊莫吉当中的一只名为布那基（Buraki）的恶蟒垂涎龙珠已久，野心让他逐渐失去了理智。16世纪的一天，布那基纠结了一批被称为Atrox的追随者部下企图用武力夺取龙珠……为了保护龙珠，上界的神决定将它转移到了人间，而朝鲜时代中期韩国一个小村落族长的女儿Narin成了被选中的那个生命，组长对于女儿肩膀上怪异的龙形胎记感到疑惑不解。Narin出生后不久，僧侣Bochun向族长揭示了Narin其实是龙珠的守护人的秘密，当她长大20岁的时候就会变成龙珠和被选中的神蟒族融为一体，牺牲她自己但是给世界换来了五百年的安宁。族长得知女儿的命运之后感到异常愤怒，但是又明知自己无法违背神的旨意。此外Bochun还派自己的徒弟、年轻的武士Haram日夜守候在Narin的身边保护她，直到属于她的命运到来的那一天。Narin的二十岁生日之际，恶蟒的Atrox部队袭击了村庄并且杀死了几乎所有的人，Bochun也受了重伤，他嘱托Haram带Narin去找到神蟒，献出龙珠的力量来拯救全世界。然而爱上Narin的Haram却不能忍心这么做；身后的Atrox部队一部部逼近悬崖之际，走投无路的Haram和Narin一起纵身跳入了茫茫的大海。500年又过去了，男孩伊桑走进了洛衫机的一家古董店；而当他靠近的时候一枚龙鳞突然开始闪光，老板杰克告诉他这意味着伊莫吉又回到了地球；杰克知道这些因为他其实就是从前的僧侣Bochun。这时，又有一个名叫萨拉的女孩生来在肩膀上带着一块龙形的胎记。杰克告诉伊桑，他其实就是从前的武士Haram的转世，而伊桑使命就是找到萨拉、保护萨拉并且帮助她完成自己的使命。时光流逝，伊桑长大成人并且成为CGNN的一名新闻记者。最近采访的发生在整个洛衫机的一系列神秘事件让他开始怀疑杰克的预言正在变成事实；而当发现一位生有怪病的女孩萨拉和这些神秘事件有着联系之后更加深信。在杰克的暗中帮助之下，伊桑和自己的摄像师布卢斯赶在恶蟒布那基来到之前在一所医院里面找到了萨拉，三人惊险地逃脱。伊桑带着萨拉去向一位熟人求医，通过精神治疗恢复关于前世的记忆。萨拉终于明白了自己的命运，但是伊桑希望能够找到除了牺牲萨拉之外对付恶蟒的措施，最终他决定带着萨拉逃离洛衫机。伊桑从CGNN得到一架直升飞机，却也被恶蟒击落。军队也被调动试图杀死恶蟒，但恶蟒很快召集了邪恶将军率领的庞大Atrox部队，此外还有众多可怕的凶残怪兽生物。空军和飞蟒Bulcos在上空相斗，而底下则有猛禽Shaconnes和行动缓慢而刀枪不入的Dawdlers在和陆军以及坦克厮杀。FBI得知了布那基的阴谋，并且决定不顾一切后果保住萨拉的生命。在最后关头，伊桑和萨拉逃脱了出来。布那基的部队正在一部部逼近，伊桑和萨拉面临着艰难的抉择，究竟是拿出勇气再次违背神的旨意还是屈从于命运牺牲掉萨拉的生命？而整个世界的命运也就悬在这一线之间……
