剧情梗概：
中产家庭的汤姆和杰瑞兄弟生活条件优越，但是他们却有着诸多烦恼。爸爸（梁智强饰）是某手机开发公司的职员，妈妈（向云饰）是某著名杂志的编辑，夫妻俩整日忙于工作，根本无暇顾及孩子的感受。在这对父母的眼里，孩子们调皮捣蛋，一身的缺点，简直让他们操碎了心。汤姆的好朋友成才（洪赐健饰）生于一个单亲家庭，父亲（黄奕良饰）文化程度不高，年轻时打架还瘸了一条腿。他为了避免儿子重蹈覆辙，便采取粗暴的方式进行教育。家长如此，学校的老师也如出一辙。教授华文的符老师痛心学生们的学业，然而在教育过程中不得其法，与学生的关系越来越紧张。校长一味遵循校规行事，甚至公开体罚以达到的目的。学校、老师、家长，本该扮演呵护幼苗成长的角色，却成了揠苗助长和扼杀天性的凶手。当他们发现自己的错误时，孩子的心中已满是伤痕……
