剧情梗概：
清末民初，北方千年酿酒重镇尽善村有几百家酿酒作坊，其中史、卫、霍三家成鼎足之势。史家宝泉益的老白清酒被朝廷点为贡酒，高兴之时作坊却遭蹊跷大火。大掌柜肖子富和史家小姐史纨清借来陈酿勾兑贡酒，被霍家告发，宝泉益被封。从日本留学归来的青年季宗齐发动霍、卫两家和尽善村数百人签万民折进省城，最终风波得以平息。辛亥革命爆发后，史家陷入资金危机，肖子富与季宗齐力挽狂澜。东家史寿昌病入膏肓，临终前留下两份遗书。肖子富力助史纨清成为女东家。在季宗齐和肖子富的全力帮助下，老白清酒赢得了市场和口碑，并拿到了巴拿马万国博览会金奖，为国扬威。史家终于一统尽善村，长孙史霆却不愿继承家业。而季宗齐也要重新寻找救国之路，肖子富挑起了把老白清酒从手工业作坊向现代实业转型并最终做成民族品牌的历史重任。
