剧情梗概：
明朝万历年间，东宫太子朱常洛与大太监张诚在朝廷互相对衡。太子及后听得钦天监的预言，决定派人将宫中魏姓太监斩杀。张诚见一众门生被杀，密谋刺杀太子的未过门妻子郭倩(王君馨饰)，藉此报复洩愤。东宫都尉袁崇焕(萧正楠饰)、侍郎左光斗(曹永廉饰)奉命护送郭倩进京，期间遇上东厂伏兵偷袭，众人遁入附近一个神秘雾林躲避。张诚下令放火烧林逼令他们现身，郭倩于混乱间意外走失;崇焕、光斗则联同随行的御膳监小太监李进忠(何广沛饰)走出雾霾，赫见眼前景物匪夷所思。原来他们穿越了时空，来到现代廿一世纪!崇焕、光斗、进忠无奈地以现代人的身分重新展开人生，但他们终究是明朝古人，虽然一个武功精湛、一个智慧机灵、一个厨艺出众，但老套的价值观、对科技知识的一窍不通，令他们与现代人的生活格格不入，也因此闹出不少笑话。

During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Prince Zhu Changluo and the great eunuch Zhang Cheng faced each other in the court.
