剧情梗概：
为了应对新型基础设施的建设以及潜在的恐怖袭击的威胁，湾岸署决定迁入安装了高级安保系统的新栋，而主持搬迁工作的则是业已升为刑事客强行犯系系长的青岛俊作（織田裕二饰）。随着青岛一声令下，全署上下一起行动，此前虽有周密部署，但是难免乱作一团。在此期间，湾岸署辖区内发生了数起奇怪的抢劫案，更令警方汗颜的是，青岛、恩田堇（深津絵里饰）、王明才（滝藤賢一饰）的配枪竟在搬迁过程中被人盗出。不久，有人持用他们的配枪无差别杀人，顿令湾岸署陷入最大的危机之中。在此之后，恐怖分子控制了新湾岸署的安保系统，并要求释放包括日向真奈美（小泉今日子饰）在内的数名重刑犯。青岛该如何面对这次史无前例的大挑战呢？本片为同名电视剧的第3部剧场版。剧情版本二：距离湾岸署辖区发生猎奇连环杀人案已经过去了七年，台场一代的面貌发生了巨大的变化。不仅外国政要来日所用的机场就在附近，而且这里还有高速道路、变电所等基本城市设施，台场成了易受恐怖分子攻击的目标。为了便于防范，湾岸署计划搬入安装了高级安保系统的新楼。搬迁事务的总负责人正是已经晋升为刑事课强行犯系系长的青岛警官。距离新湾岸署正式开署还剩下三天，青岛带领部下夏美、和久等人为了搬迁之事忙里忙外。正忙得不亦乐乎的时候，辖区内接连发生数起大案。先是保险柜被洗劫、公共巴士被挟持，接着愈演愈烈，有人从警署盗走了青岛、小堇等人的配枪，然后又发生了连续杀人事件。警视厅派人在湾安署设立了特别搜查本部，青岛和上头派来的管理辅佐官鸟饲一起调查杀人案，却毫无头绪。越发糟糕的是，警署竟然被犯罪分子占领了！第二天就是新警署开署典礼，这个节骨眼上却冒出了这样破天荒的大乱子。青岛等辖区小警察能解救被困者、逮捕嫌疑人么？！影片评论：小泉孝太郎真的可以被无视，小栗旬的辅助管黑的不够彻底怎么就感觉没有物尽其用捏？偶家的柳叶帅叔保持了一贯的皱眉水平，最后那句秋田地方方言的别被打败了可圈可点，当然SP3中两个人竟然没有啥太多的暧昧镜头让我抓狂啊抓狂！整体来说这部电影是每个大搜饭必定会去看的，看完了以后必定会失望的系列作，可是万一出SP4还是会去看，这就是对大搜品牌的条件反射啊！角色方面，个人认为小泉孝太郎的角色继上一部剧场版有种可有可无的感觉==反而是同为帅锅的小栗旬还稍微有点意思。另外有点可惜的是和久先生的侄子的戏份尽管还算多，却没有恰到好处的感觉。反而是和久桑的声音响起的那一幕给我带来了一点感动。。。主角的配对问题一如既往的暧昧，但我很欣慰没有出现确定关系啥的。。。整个片子没出现的雪乃桑果然是生小孩去了（话说她的老公真下同学当真是打酱油的）。。。而且新城桑在哪里？？尽管角色设定上某人估计是去当高官了，但是这一点解释都没有让我觉得好揪心啊XD绪方憔悴了，当年的热血汉现在也成了看破红尘冷眼旁观的无奈中年。真下不再是唯唯诺诺的样子，岁月留下的不止痕迹还有历练，多少算是有些从容了，虽然存在感依旧淡薄：）PowerUP的贰号机新城没有出现，我还是很想念他的没有了他，互为表里的室井先生戏份下跌到了历史最低点。有些人，只有当他不在的时候才会显出不可或缺。日本电视剧中，除了妖怪级的《圈套》和《继续（仅指1代）》，我最偏爱的便是《跳跃的大搜查线》与木村拓哉的《[del]电视购物[/del]HERO》。犯罪的故事与生活化的段子结合，日本人才有的犯罪诡计与日本人生活中的幽默，这才是不看美剧看日剧的理由。
