剧情梗概：

In Gaohan City, where crime is rampant, there is a name that makes criminals shudder: Batman. Batman (Michael Keaton) shuttles through the darkest corners and fights evil everywhere. In an operation against crime, Batman caused the gangster Niba (Jack Nicholson) to fall into the chemical pool. As a result, Niba's facial nerves were damaged, and he became a smiling man who always grinned, known as the "clown". The "clown" killed the leader of the gang and controlled the underworld in the entire Gaohan City. "Joker" used chemicals to make people laugh to death. He attacked the museum in this way.
