《太阳之下/幸福北韩》是由著名导演维塔利·曼斯基导演的于2015年捷克地区上映的一部剧情,纪录类型的其他片,由维塔利·曼斯基主演,该片主要讲述了紀錄片花一年時間拍攝，導演VitaliyManskiy與攝製隊兩次到訪平壤，全程有「保鏢」陪伴。與五位女學生進行10分鐘面試後，VitaliyManskiy找來8歲女孩辛美（ZinMi）做女主角，紀錄她加入先鋒運動、慶祝已故最高領導人金正日生辰的光明星節等點滴。前蘇聯出身導演維塔利·曼斯基拍攝的北韓紀錄片。之前因為電影節放映差點搞砸俄羅斯和朝鮮的外交關係。期待已久的作品，雖然韓國排片也很少，但終於在首映日看上了。竟然看哭了我的淚點太奇怪。前面吃飯的部分政府人士在教他們說該說的台詞，看得全場人都在笑。对于朝鲜的状况我们是清楚的，但朝鲜的真实社会状况大部分人却知之甚少。这次《太阳之下》在韩国的公映使得朝鲜官方人士在荧幕上穷形尽相。乌克兰出身的纪录片导演维塔利·曼斯基动身去平壤，拍摄了朝鲜最盛............
