剧情梗概：漫画风云是一部爱情片，漫画主笔叶风（张智霖 饰）与好友武云（陈奕迅 饰）一起在漫画界打天下，机缘巧合下，他们都加盟罗小虎的大帝国出版社。两个好友的共同心血《中华枭雄》漫画集一炮打响，他们虽然尝到了成功的喜悦和兴奋，但却被罗小虎利用完后一脚踢开。于是叶风和武云决定自立门户，组建了风云出版社。他们联袂推出的漫画《刀剑笑》和《古惑鬼》一时间风靡漫画界，将罗小虎的《中华枭雄》打得落花流水。岂料这时公司新来的女秘书阿梦（林心如 饰）令到叶风和武云二人成为情敌，加上罗小虎的挑拨离间，二人势成水火，最终两败俱伤。风云漫画社难道就此解散？一句话评论：港漫风云。一个港漫迷的必备。EGG的優秀作品。

Comics Storm is a romance film. Comics writer Ye Feng (Julian Cheung) and his friend Wu Yun (Eason Chan) are conquering the world in the comics industry. By chance, they all join Luo Xiaohu's Great Empire Publishing House. The comic collection "Chinese Heroes", a joint effort of two friends, became an instant success. Although they tasted the joy and excitement of success, they were kicked away by Luo Xiaohu after taking advantage of it. So Ye Feng and Wu Yun decided to set up their own business and established Fengyun Publishing House. The comics "Sword Laughter" and "Young and Dangerous" they jointly launched became popular in the comics industry, beating Luo Xiaohu's "Chinese Heroes" to the ground. Unexpectedly, the company's new female secretary A Meng (played by Lin Xinru) makes Ye Feng and Wu Yun become love rivals. Coupled with Luo Xiaohu's instigation of discord, the two become in trouble and eventually both lose. Is Fengyun Comics Club disbanded? One sentence review: Hong Kong Comics.
